The Main Facade of the Hotel in Croatia
Croatia is a land full of beautiful natural landscapes. Our hotel enters this territory concerning the traditional vernacular architecture of the Mediterranean coast.
Our design solution reflects the following key points
minimal interference with the natural terrain
use of local materials and techniques
compliance with local morphotype of vernacular architecture
       preserving green areas
       respecting guests’ privacy
public areas can be used by all the visitors to the resort
The ground and underground floors are combined into a stylobate, it is an underground parking, restaurant, welcome and reception zone, two-level restaurant (breakfast zone on top floor and fine dining on the lower level), SPA-wellness-fitness zone, and children playroom. Stylobate has an extensive vegetative roof, which serves as a private garden for hotel guests.
Hotel suites are oriented towards the east, southeast, and southwest so that they are protected from the mid-day sun. Flat green roofs cover all the hotel blocks, situated above the stylobate, providing overheating protection. full of beautiful natural landscapes.
